Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Opened, used, or personal hygiene products (e.g., masks, cushions that have been removed from packaging) cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • All returns must include original tags and accessories.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
