Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 10 days. Customers are responsible for return postage and must keep proof of postage.
Q: What if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. Weβll provide a prepaid return label and either refund or replace it.
Q: Can I return a mask after trying it?
Due to hygiene laws, opened masks are non-returnable unless faulty.
