Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday, Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on India public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

India Delivery

  • Free Delivery on All Orders.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@cpapshop.co.in. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
