All prepaid payments must be completed at the time of checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select locations within India.

Please note:

  • COD availability depends on your delivery PIN code.
  • Certain products or order values may not be eligible for COD.

  • CPAPShop India does not store, access, or retain your card details, UPI IDs, or any other sensitive payment information on our servers.

Order Confirmation

Once a prepaid payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp.

For COD orders, confirmation details will also be shared using your registered contact information.

Payment-Related Issues

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account:

  • Please allow up to 30 minutes, as the transaction may automatically complete or reverse.
  • If the amount is not credited back within the expected time, contact our support team with your payment reference ID for faster assistance.
